The Rilnar are a native species of the Delta
Quadrant. They are enemies of the Krenim.
The Krenim built a temporal weapon ship and used it
against the Rilnar. This ended up affecting the Krenim. When the temporal weapon
ship was destroyed, the timeline put everything the way it was supposed to have
been originally.
