The Retellians are a humanoid race from either the Alpha and Beta Quadrant.
They have tan skin and they style their hair in several small ponytails in the back of their heads. Their facial structure has several ridged sections.
In 2152, the Retellians were not as advanced as Starfleet. Their ships could only travel at Warp 2.2.
