Biography

     Dr. Phlox was born on Denobula.  He is part of the Starfleet Medical Interspecies Medical Exchange.

     He had three wives on Denobula as part of their culture.  Each wife had three husbands.

     During a mission on the Enteprise, he was infected with Borg nanoprobes.  Due to him being Denobulan, he was not affected by them.  It is unclear why he wasn't assimilated since the Borg weren't heard from again for over 200 years.  It is possible Denbobulans have a resistance to the Borg had never encountered them before.

     He had broad background of intergalactic medicine.  He was always ready for a new adventure.
