The Gorn are an advanced race of reptilian humanoids. They are quite aggressive and have great strength.
They were first encountered by Starfleet in 2267. They were not interested in diplomatic relations.
They have great hearing. Their strength is immensely powerful. They can lift huge objects and withstand a great deal of physical violence.
The Gorn language is compromised of grunts and hisses. Starfleet’s universal translator was able to translate the language during first contact.
In the 2260s, Gorn ships were nearly as powerful as Starfleet’s. Gorn ships were capable of exceeding Warp 8. They had defensive screens and used disruptor-type weapons.
