Biography
Gul Dukat was in charge of Terok Nor during the Bajoran
Occupation. He retreated from the
in 2369. Bajoran resistance tried numerous times to assassinate him.
During the Occupation, he had an affair with a Bajoran woman, Tora Naprem.
He had a daughter
with her, Tora Ziyal. In 2372, he and Kira Nerys went looking for the ship he had put her and
her mother on. He rescued Ziyal. He also had spent time with Kira Meru, Kira Nerys' mother.
In 2373, he retook Deep Space Nine and renamed it Terok Nor once again.
His daughter helped to
take the station from the Dominion. Damar killed Ziyal for helping.
Dukat fell into a deep
depression.
Dukat became possessed by a Pah-wraith. During this, he collapsed the Bajoran wormhole,
darkened the Bajoran orbs, and killed Jadzia Dax.
In 2375, he became a follower of Kosst Amojan. He disguised himself as a Bajoran and led Kai
Winn to believe her destiny was with the Pah-wraiths. He and Winn attempted to release the
Pah-wraiths from the fire caves on Bajor. He killed her when she attempted to stop him.
He was
killed by Captain Benjamin Sisko when they plunged into the fire pit.
