The Dinaali are a humanoid species from the Delta
Quadrant. They are virtually identical to humans on the outside, however,
their internal physiology is different.
Until the mid 24th century, the Dinaali had a problem
with overpopulation. The Dinaali asked the Jye to help with the medical
service.
The Dinaali medical system would now dispense medicine
depending on how useful the person was. The most useful would receive the
best medical care.
U.S.S. Voyager's doctor was kidnapped and forced
to take part. He was able to put a stop to this.
