Deltans

     The Deltans are a humanoid species coming from the Delta IV.  They are members of the Federation.

     They are identified by their fair skin and bald scalps.  The Deltans believe that Humans are sexually immature.  The Deltans must swear an oath of celibacy upon joining Starfleet.
