Biography

     Pavel Chekov was born in 2345.  He was Russian and an only child.

     He entered Starfleet Academy in 2267 and graduated in 2267.  He was involved with Irina Galliulin. The relationship didn't work out.

     In 2367, he was assigned to the U.S.S. Enterprise as Conn Officer. In 2271, he was promoted to Lieutenant and became Security Chief on the Enterprise.

     In 2277, he was assigned to the U.S.S. Reliant under the command of Captain Clark.  In 2285, Khan took command of the ship and killed Clark.  By this time, he was a Commander and First Officer of the Reliant.  Later in the year, he disobeyed Starfleet orders and rescued Spock from the Genesis Planet.  He was cleared of the charges brought by the Federation Council of stealing the Enterprise after saving Earth from the whale-song aliens.

     In 2294, he was an honored guest at the launch of the U.S.S. Enterprise-B.
