Mark Lenard was born on October 15, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois.

      He played three different aliens (Romulan, Klingon, and Vulcan) on Star Trek.  He is best known for Sarek, which he played in one episode of Star Trek, three movies, and two episodes of The Next Generation.

      He was married to Ann Amouri from 1960 until his death in 1996.  He had two daughters with Ann, Roberta an Catherine.

      He died on November 22, 1996 in New York.  He died from multiple myeloma.
