     Beyond acting, Bush is a visual artist 
and jewelry designer. She is known for her Bee Totem art series, which preserves 
dead honey bees in resin spheres to highlight their environmental significance. 
She has exhibited her work in galleries across Australia and the United States.
     Bush identifies as queer and has spoken openly 
about LGBTQ+ representation in media. She currently resides in Toronto, Canada, 
where Strange New Worlds is filmed.
