Christina Chong was born on September 18, 1983, in Enfield, London, England. She
has a mixed heritage, with a Chinese father and an English mother. She trained
in musical theater at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and later studied
acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York.
Her career took off with roles in Monroe, Line of Duty, Halo: Nightfall, and 24:
Live Another Day. She also appeared in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, though her
scenes were cut from the final film. In 2022, she joined Star Trek: Strange New
Worlds as La'an Noonien Singh, a descendant of Khan Noonien Singh.
