Brekkians

     The Brekkians were a humanoid species from the planet Brekka.  They possessed the natural ability to generate electrical discharges with their bodies.

     During the 23rd century, the Brekkians helped the Ornarans overcome a plague.  The plague was wiped out during the next 100 years.  The Omarans would become addicted to the drug, felicium.  The Brekkians would exploit this for the money.  The Brekkians would eventually lose the ability to transport the drug to the Omarans.
