Breen

     The Breen are a hostile warlike race from the planet Breen located in the Alpha Quadrant.

     Much is unknown about the Breen even in the 24th century.  Their government is known as the Breen Confederacy.  Breen privateers would attack other Alpha Quadrant species.

     In 2375, the Breen would join the Dominion.  At this time, they were allowed access to the Dominion miltary database.  The Breen would receive several planets in the Cardassian Union as compensation.  The Breen would also be given control of the Romulan Empire after the war.

     Shortly after joining the Dominion War, the Breen would attack Starfleet Headquarters located in San Fransisco on Earth.  After that, they would go on and attack Federation ships in the Chin'toka systems.  The Breen possessed a weapon that would drain the main power of a starship.  A counter-measure was invented against this.

     The Federation would attack the Breen ships causing the Dominion to retreat.  The Breen and the rest of the Dominion would go on and lose the Dominion War.  The Breen would continue to fight till the end.

     Their physiology is unique.  They have no blood or other liquid circulatory system.  The brains of the Breen can not be read by empathic species such as Betazoids.  The Breen can withstand a lot of physical abuse.

     The Breen produce offspring at an early age.  The Breen will entertain the offspring with nursery rhymes.

     The Breen use slave labor.  They feed their prisoners algae paste.  The Breen are very abusive when dealing with prisoners.
