Bothans

     The Bothans are from Delta Quadrant.  They protect their territory quite fiercely.

     The Bothans are tall.  They have quite wrinkled faces.  Their nostrils are spaced further out then humans.  In general, they have a skeletal look.

     They have mental powers.  It is unclear if these are natural capabilities or technology-based powers.  A Bothan ship will generate bioelectric energy and direct it at the alien’s ship.  When this happens, the ship’s inhabitants will begin to hallucinate.

     Negotiations with them must be handled with care.  Ships that enter their space are contacted by a government official.  The government official will inform the ship that a Bothan ship will meet with them.

     Bothans follow a strict protocol.  They refuse to speak with subordinates of another species ship if the captain is not available.
