Baneans

     The Baneans are an avian humanoid species native to the planet Banea in the Delta Quadrant.

     They were at war with the Numiri. They originally shared a homeworld.

     They are a generally pleasant people. They do have a strict legal system. They force murderers to relive the victim's last moments over and over again.
